Acne and Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera Heals Acne

Hormonal changes, as well as excess impurities in the skin which clog the pores, cause acne in young people. This can be cured with the right diet and aloe vera, which contains polysaccharides that are anti-inflammatory, and assists with the growth of new cell tissue. It purifies the blood and stimulates cell growth.

Preparing The Aloe Gel or Juice Direct From The Plant
  • Remove the thorns, from the side of the aloe leaf.
  • Cut through the leaf lengthwise, and let the juice drip into a cup or bowl. Or cut through the leaf and leave it standing in a cup overnight.
  • Wash your face with mild antibacterial soap and water.
  • Dry your face.
  • Apply the aloe vera juice collected onto your face.
  •  Dab till all your pimples are well covered with the juice.
  • Leave overnight.
  • Pure aloe does not smell and is not visible on your skin.
  • In the morning rinse your face. Do this twice a day.
  • If you apply the juice in the morning leave the juice on for at least one hour.
  • Or buy the 100% aloe gel and use as directed.
  • I have seen many  treatments for acne using the pure aloe gel from the leaves. Well, I have never been able to use the pure gel direct from the leaf. It does not stay on.
  •  Using the aloe gel direct from the leaves in a face mask with honey works well.
  •  I always use the juice on my face, obtaining the juice direct from the plant or buy the 100% aloe gel for use on acne. Both show excellent results.
