How to Make Fresh Aloe Juice











Ingredients to make Aloe Juice
Aloe Vera Leaves
Glass of citrus juice.
Aloe Vera Juice
Aloe gel contains 90% water and  protein which contains 18 amino acids. It provides protection to all the organs of the body, purifies the blood of toxins, and strengthens the immune system. Aloe Vera juice is rich in Vitamin A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B6 and folic acid. It contains minerals like calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, selenium and potassium.The vitamin C and beta carotene in Aloe Vera moisturizes the skin and makes it feel soft to the touch. It also contains well known anti-aging properties.

Removing the Gel
1. Take a sharp knife and carefully cut the thorns off on both sides of the leaf
2. Cut through the leaf from one side
3. Remove the clear Aloe Vera Gel on the inside of the leaf
4. Cut the clear gel out carefully so you only have the gel and no other part of the leaf
5. Place the clear Aloe Gel of 3 or more leaves into a blender
6. Add a glass of citrus juice such as orange to the blender.
7. Blend the juice and gel until smooth.
